The incumbent conducts complex inspections and prepares reports to document compliance with the Delaware Food Code. Duties include: inspecting Food Establishments, Public Pools, Recreational Camps, Ice Manufacturers, Body Art Establishments, routine inspections, follow-up inspections, communicating violations and responding to questions regarding documented violations, conducting investigations of public health complaints and responding to public health emergencies and assisting in reviewing new construction and renovations of food establishments.
