Summary Statement

The seasonal Maintenance position is responsible for keeping the docks clean and orderly, general maintenance and custodial duties.   Assists slip holders with mooring of their boats.  Work is performed indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions.  Applicants must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled.

Essential Functions

Essential functions are fundamental, core functions common to all position in the class series and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties for any one position in the class.  Since class specifications are descriptive and not restrictive, incumbents can complete job duties of similar kind not specifically listed here.
  • Performs custodial services for docks, restrooms, offices and other buildings.
  • Maintains good public relations with park visitors and staff.
  • Work dependable and have good communication skills. 
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
  • Performs other related work as required.
