JobAps® SmartScan™ addresses the processing needs of paper applications in one integrated electronic system, as well as incorporating all additional paper documents that are received.

SmartScan includes:

• Scanning of paper applications and all additional documents.
  
• Viewing of all scanned documents and applications from within the web browser – no Adobe Acrobat or other third party viewing tools required. Additional materials, such as transcripts, are viewed as part of each application using the web browser interface.
• Online review, screening, and annotation of ALL applications - made easy with JobAps HotLinks™.
• The Employment List Manager to share employment lists & applications with hiring authorities via the web.
