Copies of specific rules can also be obtained at the Department of Human Resources, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 4th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.  Protests regarding matters not subject to appeal to the Civil Service Commission must be submitted in writing to the Human Resources Director no later than five business days from notification of the decision or action.
