Assistant Maintenance Mechanic

Enor Corporation has been in the business of manufacturing plastic products for over 35 years.  Our line of toy products is sold at major retailers nationwide.  Position is for our new plant is located in Winnsboro.

Job Description:  Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance service on facility equipment.

Reports to: Lead Maintenance Mechanic

Qualifications, duties and desired skills:

• Assist in the installation of production machines in the plant.
• Perform maintenance on plant manufacturing equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Have mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and understand equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Knowledge in use of lathe and milling machine is desirable.
• Skills in basic welding would also be desirable.
• Must be able to work in tight quarters and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED.
• An Electrical License while not required would be a plus.

Additional training will be given to suitable candidates.
