Injection Mold Setup Technician

Enor Corporation has been in the business of manufacturing plastic products for over 35 years.  Our line of toy products is sold at major retailers nationwide.  Position is for our new plant is located in Winnsboro.

Job Description:  Install molds and prepare machine for production

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Qualifications, duties and desired skills:

• Working knowledge of injection molding from set up to production.
• Be able to install and remove molds as directed.
• Must be able to verify molds and machines are correctly set up prior to start of production.
• Make adjustments on the machine to reduce cycle time and eliminate rejected parts and scrap.
• Assist Production Supervisor in training operators on the machines.
• Maintain proper storage of molds when not in use.
• General machine maintenance cleaning and lubricating of machines as needed.
• Assist mechanical staff in making repairs to machines and equipment as directed by Production Supervisor.
• Must have mechanical ability and be able to use basic hand tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in molding environment.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED and some experience. 

Additional training will be given to suitable candidates.
