Brose is in the process of opening a new facility in Spartanburg County.

 

 

Potential employment opportunities exist for:

Advanced Operators

 

 

 

 Job Duties:

 
  • Assisting with equipment set up and installation
  • Rolling out work instructions/training plans
  • Building pre-series parts
  • Training to become master trainers
  • Learning all facets of production and logistics for the site
  • Assisting support functions in the startup of processes & procedures
  • Assisting facilities/production maintenance technicians with various tasks  

 

 Experience Required:

 

  • Minimum 3 years automotive/automotive component assembly experience
  • Must be willing to travel in one week increments to Alabama for training in the first months
