Warehouse Team Leader
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures
-
Process, package and ship orders accurately
-
Organize stocks and maintain inventory
-
Organize warehouse space
-
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
-
Create and execute inventory cycle count plan
-
Contribute ideas on ways to improve warehouse procedures
-
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
-
Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-
Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
-
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-
Proficiency in inventory software
-
Ability to lift or move heavy products
-
Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
-
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education
-
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements
-
Physical demands:
Moderate use of hand and wrists when typing information on keyboard and packaging product. Must be able to twist, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to stand for long periods at a time. Must be able to occasionally lift 80lbs.

Visual accommodation:
Must be able to read written materials and instructions. Must be able to distinguish colors.
