Canada-based Fancy Pokket Corporation, a manufacturer of gluten-free bakery products, located Lancaster, SC
Potential employment opportunities exist for:
Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor: Troubleshoot and solve electrical and mechanical malfunctions. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment. Minimize down time and strive for better plant efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the Building and its premises.

Know how to operate and maintain plant equipment
-
Attend all machine breakdowns immediately
-
Set-up and implement preventive maintenance schedule for all machines.

Follow all Safety guidelines.

Be part of all new equipment installation, be present with installing technicians and become familiar with new machinery
-
Be On-call when needed.
Qualifications:
-
Electrical or Mechanical College diploma (ex. Certified Industrial Mechanic).

Minimum five years’ experience.
-
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
-
PLC and HVAC experience is a definite plus. Good problem solving, reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

Good knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance.

Knowledge of proper lubricating products used in the food industry

Willing to work flexible shifts and hours (minimum 50 hours per week).
