Potential employment opportunities exist for:

 

 

Lead Filling Operator 

  

Purpose: 

The Lead Filling Operator is responsible for controlling the filling line including parameter setup, purging, and running production according to Standard Operating Procedures. Aseptic Technique, Bill of Materials, and Batch Records.

 

 

  

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Schedule daily operations and coordinate operations with other departments.  Perform batch record review. 
  • Ensure APA is maintained in orderly, aseptic fashion. 
  • Ensure that APA personnel are following department policies and procedures.  Track and record department downtime on a daily basis.
  • Operates the Aseptic Filling Process and equipment to aseptically fill solution product into sterilized bottles.
  • Monitors and inspects product during the filling process and reacts to issues by making machine and process adjustments, documenting issues, and informing the appropriate personnel of mechanical, electrical, and quality issues.

 

 

 

  

 

Requirements: 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous aseptic/clean room experience preferred
  • 3 years previous manufacturing experience in a lead role or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year) 
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Strong reading and math comprehension
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Good attention to detail
    • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
    • Work well in team environment
    • Computer skills, including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and web-based applications.
    • Desire to advance leadership skills 

 

Training will be at no charge to trainees.

Successful completion of the training program carries no obligation to accept any offer of employment, nor is an offer guaranteed.

Starting Pay Range of $22.37 – 26.13 (Depends on Experience) 

 Weekend shift 

Weekend shift A consists of Saturday and Sunday 7am – 7pm, Monday and Tuesday 5pm – 1:30 am

Weekend shift B consists of Saturday and Sunday 7am – 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 5pm – 1:30 am (start and stop times may vary for business needs)

Shift differentials per hour:  weekend $2.25/hr, 2nd $0.50/hr, 3rd $0.65/hr
