Potential employment opportunities exist for:

Filling Machine Specialist

Purpose:

Perform routine annual preventative maintenance on equipment in a high-speed aseptic filling operation.

Responsibilities:

Perform fill line change-over.
Perform fill line equipment repair.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Serve as backup to filling and hallway operators as needed and to perform various production support activities as directed by Supervisor.
Supports process improvement teams.

Requirements:

Previous work in a cleanroom environment is desired High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in maintenance-related field or 10 years maintenance experience
2-3 years of experience of industrial maintenance or electrical maintenance, preferably in a packaging operation
Excellent troubleshooting ability
Working knowledge of tools
Knowledge of packaging processes/machinery
Must be able to work within a team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills.

Training will be at no charge to trainees.

Starting Pay Range of $22.00 – 28.22 (Depends on Experience)

Weekend or 2nd shift

Weekend shift A consists of Saturday and Sunday 7am – 7pm, Monday and Tuesday 5pm – 1:30 am

Weekend shift B consists of Saturday and Sunday 7am – 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 5pm – 1:30 am (start and stop times may vary for business needs)

Shift differentials per hour: weekend $2.25/hr, 2nd $0.50/hr, 3rd $0.65/hr
