In recruiting and on-the-job training for its new facility in Blacksburg, SC.  Full time positions available for:

Lead Electronic Repair Technician

• Responsible for all product repairs, status & testing; assisting in new project setups; and reporting and utilizing proven soldering techniques. The types of products tested and repaired include:  televisions, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, cell phones and DSLR cameras.
• Provide technical assistance to all lower level technicians to troubleshoot and repair consumer electronics products by using basic election. 
• Required to access and request needed materials and components for product testing and repair, gather data, analyze and issue reports as requested.
• Responsible for quality control of all workmanship of Technicians and Testers.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the Repair Department. Strong punctuality and attendance is required.
• Strong leadership skills - 2 years experience in a team lead position.
• PC & Mac savvy.
• High school diploma required.
• Post secondary technical education/degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in troubleshooting/debug of electronics to component level.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics industry is a strong asset. Hand soldering and quality inspection skills with reference to IPC-610 standards.
• Experience with standard test equipment and reporting software.
• Knowledge of digital circuits.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Good computer skills – Word, Excel, Open Office, Dos.
