 Innovative Machining Technology, Inc. (IMT) has been in business for over 27 years, starting in 1988.  IMT is a full service machining and fabrication facility dedicated to the manufacturing of OEM components for the power industries. The 37, 000 sq. ft. facilities are staffed with highly trained machinists, welders and technical personnel to accommodate all of our customer’s requirements. Whether it’s machining high temperature nickel alloys, EDM drilling cooling holes, non-destructive testing of materials or building a large weldment, our company is up to the task with extreme precision

Potential employment opportunities exist for:

CNC Operator

Starting wage of $12 - $16 / hour based on knowledge and experience. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers. 
• Offset and coordinate offset capabilities. 
• Proficient use of inspection equipment. 
• Self-discipline and attention to detail is critical. 
• Knowledge of carbide tooling and tool management is a key part of an operator's responsibility.  Employee must be able to work as a team.
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8 hours a day and be able to lift 30 lbs.

Training will be at no charge to trainees.
