Potential employment opportuntiies available for:
Quality Technicians
Quality Technicians will be responsible ensuring all components received and products manufactured meet internal and external customer specification. The incumbent will interact with all areas of the plant to identify quality concerns and address them appropriately. His or her performance directly affects our relationships with customers and our ability to deliver product that meets specification.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Team Leads and Supervisors to understand quality concerns or issues

Trains others on our internal standards as it relates to measurements and testing of products
-
Gauges, measures and documents manufactured product compared to specification/drawings
-
Assists production associates with recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data
-
Compiles quality data, and establishes regular communication of findings
-
Facilitates action plans to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
-
Observes current manufacturing processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities
-
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections and determine changes needed
-
Other duties as required to successfully perform the job
Critical Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Proficiency in basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
-
Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints at different levels within manufacture
-
Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
-
Strong problem solving skills
-
Able to bend, twist, turn and squat during evaluation of product quality
-
Able to stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous work experience in Quality at a manufacturing facility
-
Forklift certification
-
