Electrical Technician
Job Description: We are seeking an Electrical Technician that will participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls of varying design or complexity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist all teams during the installation, maintenance and repair of process equipment.

Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications; applying knowledge of electricity and materials
-
Assist in the establishment of preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and facilities.
-
Maintain OSHA compliance at all times
-
Prepare reports and analyses indicating work progress, performance and maintenance records and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
-
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
-
Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
-
Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance or related field preferred.

3 - 5 years of proven experience in the industrial electrical field required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.

Completion of OSHA Trainings Highly Preferred

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
-
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
-
Capable of lifting 25 pounds
