Based in our site in Spartanburg, SC, we are looking for

Certified Welding Maintenance Technician

 

 

 

 
  • Extensive welding experience with minimum of 4 years of experience as a welding technician or supervisor.
  • Welding certification and pipe fitting experience required. 
  • Experienced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
  • Should have good leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Ensures that all maintenance activities in the facility are appropriately carried out.
  • Responsible for maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of the facility.
  • Records all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain a cycle of the same.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment that drives Continuous Improvement.
  • Interacts with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems in a facility.
  • Responsible for complying with all safety norms and regulations set by the company.
  • Installs and maintains all mechanical equipment.
  • Documents work orders and other documentations for the procurement of spare and replacement parts.
  • Ensures proper compliance of Company Preventative / Predictive Maintenance Program.
  • Must have flexibility to work variable shifts and “on-call” duty.
