Based in our site in Spartanburg, SC, we are looking for a
Quality Supervisor

Responsible for organizing the company’s Quality System.

Maintain the Quality Manual in addition to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO TS16969.

Collaborate with all departments involved, to improve system performance by acting on production methods and systems, requiring the necessary corrective and preventative actions in order to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and compliance with quality system requirements.

Collaborate with R&D department during the stages of industrialization.

Be the management representative for third party audits or reviews. Ensure implementation of Quality control plan.

Represent company while managing third party audits and reviews.

Support EHS Coordinator on ISO 14001 and OHSA 18001.

Contributes to the identification and analysis of chronic quality problems with the objective of reducing waste.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field of study, or 4 years of directly related work experience.

At least 3 yrs relevant Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with inspection and testing methods.

Lean, 5S and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
