 Potential employment opportunities exist for:

Craft Apprentice, Surface Preparation/Finishing Apprentice, Final Assembly Apprentice

Initial pay: $12 hour

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, interpret & follow written work instructions & visual work prints
  • Basic computer proficiency (log on/off, email, Windows navigation)
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge and safe operation of basic hand and power tools
  • Ability and desire to work in a hands-on and detail/quality oriented work environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodations.  For example, lifting and moving up to 50 lbs, standing or sitting for extended periods of time and fine motor skills working with small parts
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required (safety glasses, gloves, etc)

    Desired Skills:

  • Experience in one of more of the following disciplines: soldering, brazing/welding, machining, metal working, fabrication, assembly, wiring, woodworking, cabinetry, construction, glass cutting, packing, painting, sanding
  • Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment

  Training will be at no charge to trainees.  Successful completion of the training program carries no obligation to accept any offer of employment, nor is an offer guaranteed.
