E&I Engineering USA Corp.

 

Formed in 1986 in Ireland, the E&I Engineering Group manufacture bespoke electrical switchgear and busduct systems for large infrastructure projects which include Data Centres, Banks, Airports, Sports Stadiums etc. In addition to the Irish facility, the Group also has a manufacturing facility in the United Arab Emirates. The Group is setting up a facility in South Carolina (SC) to serve the North American market and are now embarking on a recruitment drive to meet our skills needs within our SC manufacturing facility.

STORES PERSONNEL

 

 

Job Function:

 

 

Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom. Responsible for identifying, locating and issuing materials needed to perform production procedures and other duties that are essential in maintaining facility operations.

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using company computer systems.
  • Organize materials, equipment and all resources required for each project.
  • Delivers all UPS, FedEx and DHL letter packages to proper departments.
  • Using IFS system order material as demand is generated by the Engineering requirements.
  • Completes necessary documentation and data entry function into IFS system.
  • Accurate maintenance of stock levels and ensuring product is allocated to the current projects
  • Understands all storeroom material issue, receiving and shipping procedures to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a min stock level of critical components to ensure production does not fall behind.
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
  • Assists employees with locating and issuing all requirements needed to maintain the continuous operation of the facility.
