will conduct a Pre-Hire Training and Review Program for
Sportsman Boats MFG
Sportsman Boats is a manufacturer of high quality, value added boats.
Potential employment opportunities exist for:
Assemblers
Requirements:
-
Availability to work day shift with occasional overtime or weekend work.
-
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodations (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, bending, or kneeling).
-
Must understand and comply with OSHA, MSDS and safety guidelines.
-
Must be able to understand and follow specific directions on a Build Order for the boat.
-
Comprehension of chemicals used on site.
-
High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Ability to work in all areas of capping when/where needed.
-
Have small tool skills and experience in operating air/hand tools (i.e. saws, drills and grinders).

Proven track record of dependability and strong work ethic.
-
Willingness and discipline to keep work area and department clean and organized.

Complete a 40 hour unpaid Pre-Hire Training Program.
-
Pass a Drug Screen and Background check.
Job Duties:
-
Identify materials in pre-assembled kits: hoses, wires, hardware;
-
Installation of fuel tanks, hardware, electrical systems and plumbing systems;
-
Wiring for installations;
-
Capping (Hull/Deck) with Bonding Putty.
