Injection Molding Process Technicians

Job Description: We are seeking PROCESS TECHNICIANS with injection molding experience for our facility in York, SC. Ideal candidate possesses experience in injection molding production facility. Must have experience in set-up, mold change, material handling, start-up and processing. Qualifications and Requirements include:

Qualifications and Requirements:

5 + years experience in injection molding equipment and operations.
Hands on experience of scientific molding will be an asset
Experience with automated processes required. Experience with silicone a plus.
Mechanical understanding of molding and auxiliary equipment
Ability to adhere to safety, GMP’s, clean room, quality and ISO procedures
Must have good communication skills and be a team player working with people at all levels
Ability to trouble shoot processes and provide corrective action
Supervisory, leadership, and training skills a plus. Willing to learn new processes and procedures as needed
Ability to set up, start up and change molds of new and existing projects to meet timelines
Available to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and the ability to work flexible, and/or rotating shifts
Potential employees are subject to a drug and background screening
Must be able to train for 2 – 3 weeks in Canada
