In recruiting and on-the-job training for its new Customer Service Call Center in Spartanburg. Full time positions available for:

Contact Center Service Agent

One year of call center experience required.
Experience in banking, finance, or retail industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication to provide voice-to-voice customer assistance.
A team mentality focused on exceeding customers’ expectations.
Must be comfortable with changing priorities in an unstructured and evolving environment.
Display a genuine interest in learning more about financial services and products.
Truly enjoy helping others.
Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Tuition reimbursement, work life balance and many more.
Split shifts with evening hours: 12 pm to 9 pm, or 1 pm to 10 pm. Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
Starting wage is $12 per hour.

Training will be provided on the job.
