Robot Weld Operator

Ability to pass weld test and create acceptable welds

Set-up Weld Machine/Robot parameters; Program/Troubleshoot

Perform Quality Inspection on work completed

Ability to operate Hand Tools; Grinder / Cutter and sanders

Weld Certification is a Plus

Understand Blue Print Reading; Weld Symbols and defect recognition

Understand Welding gas selection and use
-
Understand/comprehend Routers and process paperwork as required

Understand and perform Destructive Testing Procedure
