Coroplast Tape Corporation a new operation in Rock Hill, South Carolina will transform unique raw materials and manufacture them into quality tapes for the Automotive Industry.

Potential Employment Opportunities exist for: 

  MECHANIC

Employee will assist the Maintenance Team Leader in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of industrial plant or warehouse by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide repairs of production equipment during production
2. Perform preventative maintenance repairs of production equipment as assigned
3. Follow safety program for facility and machinery using NEC and OSHA requirements
4. Monitor & adjust optimization of all equipment
5. Maintain accurate quality system documents
6. Maintain all electrical & mechanical repairs
7. Maintain building & property maintenance
8. Address any safety issues for machinery, support equipment and building
9. Follow TS16949 requirements
10. Support 5S activities in Team
11. Operate Forklift & Scissor lift as needed
12. Provide on call support to Production and Team
13. Perform other duties as required or assigned

        Qualifications

5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and metric system. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Basic email and computer skills required.

Occasionally required to sit. Lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
