Full-time positions are available for:

2nd Shift Production Associate

Job Requirements 

• Responsible for all aspects of the production process.
• Position duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the plant’s needs.
• Load and unload production parts.
• Package production parts.
• Provide minimal maintenance to heavy equipment as directed.
• Must be able to operate process equipment and other machinery as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be willing to work in a non-air-conditioned environment. 

Experience and Skills Required 

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and comprehend documents written in the English language.
• Must have a strong desire to be a part of a start-up/high growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, results-oriented culture

Starting wage is $10 - $12 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include 10 paid vacation days plus paid holidays, health, dental, vision and short term disability insurance.
