Bale Opener Worker

Job Description: We are seeking Bale Opener Worker to receive and unpack cotton bales from the sorting room and will deliver to blowing area..

Qualifications and Requirements include:

High school diploma or GED required.
Forklift certification a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Worker will use forklift to stack and line up cotton bales to blowing area per chart schedule.
Will remove packing materials and belts for recycling.
Ensure that cotton bales are lined up neatly and evenly on the top.
Will perform scheduled cleaning of area and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Notify supervisors or mechanics of equipment malfunctions.
