McLaughlin Body Company, Inc.
McLaughlin Body is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Rollover Protection Systems. The new Anderson facility will be accepting applications online at www.readysc.org/mclaughlin
Potential employment opportunities exist for:
Production Mig Welders, Assemblers, Metal Finishers, Sealers, and Material Handlers
Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for employment:

Hold HS Diploma or GED

Pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and physical examination

Attend a pre-hire training course
-
Team player
-
Self-starter
-
Good mechanical aptitude
-
Must be committed to working safe and producing a quality product 1st and 2nd shift openings

Training will be at no charge to trainees.

Successful completion of the training program carries no obligation to accept any offer of employment, nor is an offer guaranteed.
Welders: Welders must be able to pass AWS D1.1 and D1.3 certification and have 6 months of production mig experience or certification from a 115-hour welding course offered at various community colleges. Must be able to read blueprints and capable of passing a pre-employment weld assessment.
