A.L. Industries, Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of filtration products for Automotive, Agricultural, Marine, Heavy Duty and Specialty applications. The facility in Duncan will manufacture high quality filters for the automotive and Heavy Duty industry.
Full time positions are currently available for:
Injection Mold Operator
JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
-
High school diploma or GED required.

One+ years related experience preferred.

The Injection Mold Operator operates various equipment and performs duties related to the goals of the Injection Molding department.

Perform quality inspection of raw materials and finished product through visual inspection and proper gages.
-
Perform in-process adjustments as required to maintain high quality product
-
Inform Set Up Technician and/or supervisor of any malfunctions or bad parts
-
Prepare raw material to be loaded into the machine
-
Perform basic PM and Maintenance tasks
-
Complete proper paperwork to report production, scrap, downtime and other data as required
-
Ability to perform basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing, etc.

Must have the ability to read, understand and perform the work instructions in all operations.

Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to work in positions requiring pushing, pulling, twisting, grasping, stooping, kneeling and standing
-
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment

May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Able to stand for long periods of time
-
Able to work in manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust
Applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment physical and drug screen.
