Positions available for

Mold Set-Up Operator

 

In this role you will be assisting in cleaning, maintenance and repair of tire molds to ensure mold availability for production and in good condition. Also be responsible for regular mold change according to schedules. 

 

 

  • Responsible for all mold change needed in curing  according to sequence plan
  • Responsible for not-planned mold change as per requested by quality or curing and/or final finishing  for quality problem or other reasons
  • Responsible for defects caused by mold problems ex. off-alignment, mold contamination etc
  • Responsible for mold cleaning according mold cleaning procedure and requirement by production or quality
  • Responsible for continuous improving molding cleaning method or process to minimize cleaning time and to maximize cleaning effect
  • Responsible for all bladder change needed in curing  according to bladder life limit

 

Skills, Requirements and Education

  • HS Diploma /GED  required
  • 1+ years manufacturing  experience 
  • Experience in setting up molds in a manufacturing environment
  • Willing to work rotational 12 hour shifts -  Day and Nights
