Introduction
readySC™ Full-time positions are available for the following: Inside Sales Representative Inside Sales Representatives will implement proven and innovative sales techniques in a scripted phone sales environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work in a fast-paced and high volume environment fielding both inbound and permission-based outbound call opportunities. This position does not involve telemarketing or cold calling. These positions include $10 base pay per hour plus uncapped commissions with benefits and company sponsored 401 (k) plan.

At no cost to you, this training curriculum will provide you with the additional sales skills needed to be successful in any phone-sales environment. Full-time positions are available for the following.
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Ability to effectively persuade others
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and a passionate-energetic personality with eagerness to learn and grow
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Sales experience in a call center a plus
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Training will be conducted at no charge to the trainee.
