FAQ:  Can I export data from JobAps into other HRIS or applicant tracking systems?
  Yes. JobAps has export facilities to interface with other applicant tracking, HRIS and payroll systems. While many of our clients have moved away from older desktop applicant tracking systems in favor of the complete JobAps.com solution, we are still able to easily interface with other systems and have developed effective interfaces for export and import. 

FAQ
: What information is needed from our agency and 
what will the IS involvement be? 
  Your IS or IT staff will have very little involvement in the implementation and installation of JobAps.com, unless you decide to host the system yourselves. 
  If  you desire, we can access existing data stores within your agency using a derivation of web services to pull in salary, benefits, position, class, and other information.
  Your agency has complete control over adding new job bulletins, posting the bulletins, and creating any supplemental questionnaires using any format and number of input fields you desire. You are not required to create any databases or do any programming. JobAps.com can save and reproduce data for any supplemental questionnaire you design, independent of a database using its "Ez-SQ" program..
  Since JobAps.com is web based, your computer hardware is not an issue and no installation is required. Any individual with proper permissions can use the complete JobAps system from their desktop through the browser. The administrative suite which is available to HR staff and hiring departments is designed for IE6.0+. Applicants may, of course, use any 4.0 compatible browser.
  Your agency does not need to have a website to use JobAps.com. All employment listings and job bulletins may be hosted on the JobAps.com server.

FAQ : How is data transferred and stored and is it secure?
  JobAps.com is completely web-based using Active Server Pages on a Windows 2000 server with a SQL Server 2000 Database.  All data is transmitted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)  behind a firewall. All information sent by the applicant is via secure server and is saved in the server database, including resumes and supplemental questionnaires. Applicant data may be exported from JobAps into other HRIS or applicant tracking systems using secure server. All JobAps.com reports and application sets are sent to the browser via secure server.

What are the benefits?
  JobAps.com packages are typically hosted at our state-of-the-art JobAps.com Network Operations Center in order to be able to provide extremely reliable service and efficient, affordable maintenance.  If your agency requires on-site hosting, please call us to discuss how we may best serve your needs.
