The fundamental reason this position exists is to manage the clerical operations of the Maintenance Department. The Production Controller may supervise approximately six employees who are predominantly involved in processing the office related functions of the department. The Production Controller maintains the project expenditure database for all Maintenance Department projects; maintains the project expenditure database for various Maintenance Department projects and performs various administrative duties. The Production Controller receives supervision from the Maintenance Department Director.

Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a closely-related field and four years of office administration experience to include bookkeeping duties with at least two years in a senior administrative capacity. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
