Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience providing administrative support in a professional work environment that includes using a variety of software applications, office equipment, assisting in formulating and writing procedures and composing correspondence.
Notes:
1. Applicants may substitute experience as defined above for the required education at the rate of one year experience for 30 credit hours of education, for up to 60 credit hours of the required education.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in MS Word Office suite (Excel, Word and Access)
- Experience developing documents (including fillable PDF) and creating presentations
- Evaluating and implementing office business processes for operations and recommend change as needed
- Initiate, analyze and prepare reports related to program operations
- Strong ability to organize documents, electronic files and manage complex processes while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality
- Detailed administrative experience in detailed administrative work, (i.e., retreiving information and documentation, drafting data entry such as entering, retrieving and tracking data from documents or reports)
- Preparing and managing evaluations and surveys
