MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements: Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- 6 years of professional experience handling workers’ compensation claims for either an insurance company, self-insured or captive-insured employer, including 3 years at a supervisory/management level, and/or in a project management leadership role
- Experience in contract administration at the management level,
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of legal, regulatory and business aspects of Worker’s Compensation claims administration
- Exceptional organizational, investigative and analytical skills
- Ability to articulate, interact and communicate with a diverse group of individuals
- Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology
SELECTION PROCESS

Successful candidates will be ranked as Best Qualified, Better Qualified, or Qualified and placed on the employment (eligible) list for at least one year.
