Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this position is to manage support functions for the Sales Department related to: Sales and Promotion Analysis; Research; Budget; Procurement; Internal Policies and Procedures; Administrative Support and Required Monthly Reporting.
POSITION DUTIES

Supervise Sales analysts staff employees.

Collect, monitor and disseminate information related to the Sales Department’s budget.

Manage the Sales Department’s procurement requests.

Collect, manage and update information for the Sales Department's intranet.

Manage and establish policies and procedures that support the needs of the Sales Department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a Business, Marketing, Management or Finance major.
Experience: Five (5) or more years of relevant business experience with at least two (2) of those years working at a management or executive level supervising the performance of others.
Notes:
1. Additional experience in marketing, finance, or business administration at the management level may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
2. Additional graduate level education at an accredited college or university may be substituted at the rate of 30 semester credit hours on a year to year basis for the required general experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with budget preparation, tracking and analysis.

Ability to collect, manage and update information for Sales Department Intranet.

Familiarity with Procurement, Inventory Management and Sales Promotional Analysis.
