DHCD's Headquarters Office is located in Prince George's County at the New Carrollton Metro stop.
POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three years of experience executing complex financial analysis, working with accounting or financial systems, and/or examining trends in the global capital markets.
Notes:
1. Possession of a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or a Master's degree in accounting, finance or business administration from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
2. Applicants may substitute one year of general finance experience for one year of the required experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants should be self-starters; possess strong financial, analytical, communications and relationship management skills; and be able to work both independently and within teams.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (especially financial functions) and Bloomberg.
- Knowledge of mortgage loan software, MS Access, Crystal Reports, or other database management software packages.
- A Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
