THIS IS A MANAGEMENT SERVICE POSITION. THE INCUMBENT WILL SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY.

POSITION DUTIES
The incumbent of this position provides management for the Fiscal Administration & Accounting Section of the Compliance Division. These duties include fiscal budget analysis, payroll, leave keeping, and purchasing, as well as managing office renovations and controlling the fixed assets of the division. The incumbent is also responsible for the handling of taxpayer account adjustment journals, budgetary FMIS/RSTARS funds journals, and various budgetary and revenue daily processing reports for the division. Additional duties include handling the reviewing and processing of Sales Tax refunds, Unclaimed Property disbursement transmittals, and the activities of the Division Data Security Officer.
Please Note: The work hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or university.
Experience: Two years experience with ADPICS, R*STARS, FMIS, View Direct, INFOPAC, generating DAFR reports and preparing and reviewing budgets.
