Main Purpose of Job
The Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Service is currently accepting applications for a Natural Resource Associate at the Albert Powell State Trout Hatchery in Hagerstown, Maryland. This is an entry level position and will provide assistance as required to higher level NR Techs. Job duties of the incumbent will include, but are not limited to feeding fish, cleaning raceways, and assisting with fish transport, facility maintenance, and grounds maintenance. The selected candidate may perform other necessary duties as required.
Note: Exposure to inclement weather and heavy lifting are frequent.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: None.
