Main Purpose of Job

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Human Resources, this position functions at the full performance level providing employee development and training for the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. This position is responsible for developing and implementing employee development trainings and assisting with various administrative and logistical needs of the Human Resources program with regards to training.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Experience: Two years of experience planning and conducting employee development and training.

Note: Additional experience in planning, conducting or coordinating training or staff development activities may substitute on a year for year basis for the required education.
