Supply Officer III

Contractual - Grade 8

To process instant ticket orders generated by Instant Game System in order to re-supply Agents' Instant Game inventories.

This position is responsible for picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, processing returned orders, rotating inventory product, assisting in tracking orders and answering phone calls concerning incorrect order filling, assisting in inventory management both in the field and in the warehouse, operation of instant ticket shredder.  Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs.  Forklift experience is helpful, but not necessary.  Candidates will work in a diverse work environment and may be subject to various weather conditions.  Employees in this classification receive guidance and policy direction from a designated management official.  Candidates must possess a valid Maryland Driver's license and may be required to perform other duties as required.  Candidates may be required to work special events or promotions which require overtime or weekend work.

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a
  high school equivalency certificate.

Experience: Four years of experience in receiving, storing and issuing
  supplies, materials or equipment in a storeroom, warehouse
  or other supply storage facility.

Notes:  Additional experience as described above may be substituted
  on a year-for-year basis up to four years of required eeducation.
