| | STEP #6 During the recruitment period the Civil Service Board will ONLY send qualified candidate names to the Hiring Agency/Department. |

| | STEP #7 Hiring Agency/Department will review Eligibility list. |

| | STEP #8 Hiring Agency/Department may invite candidates from the associated Eligibility List to interview for the position. |

| | Notice: Qualified Candidates will normally remain on the Closed Promotional Eligibility List for 60 Days, and the Open Competitive Eligibility List for 90 Days. |
