There are two types of recruitments: Closed Promotion and Open Competitive. Closed Promotion recruitments and Open Competitive recruitments are independent of each other. If an employee applies for a Closed Promotion recruitment and wants to be consider for the same classification under Open Competitive recruitment, the employee must also apply under the Open Competitive recruitment process. Closed Promotion recruitments can be found by clicking the 'Internal Jobs' link from the menu above.

Please note that the 'Application-On-File' will not be used for any current job opening, but is only for you to maintain an application-on-file to copy into a new application for an actual job opening. Be aware that if you fill out an 'Application On File' and submit it to us, you have not applied for anything as we do not receive, nor process, 'Applications On File'.
