| | STEP #5 Placed on Eligibility list ONLY if ALL Minimum Qualifications are met AND all required documentation has been submitted and processed. |

| | STEP #6 During the recruitment period the Civil Service Board will ONLY send Qualified candidate names to the associated Hiring Agency/Department. |

| | STEP #7 Hiring Agency/Department will review Eligibility list. |

| | STEP #8 Hiring Agency/Department may invite candidates to interview from the associated Eligibility List. |

| | Notice: Qualified Candidates will normally remain on the Closed Promotional Eligibility List for 60 Days; and the Open Competitive Eligibility List for 90 Days. |
