This level assists the Warden with the daily operations of a correctional facility with an inmate population of more than 1,000.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Deputy Warden II
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
Employees in a qualifying Correctional Officer (CO) series position will be eligible to retire after completing twenty-five (25) years of pension creditable State service, with at least twenty (20) of those years of pension creditable service in a CO series classified position at the time of retirement.
