Summary Statement

The position will work directly with and provide support to the Management Analyst III overseeing the following areas of Division’s Revenue Management System; campground reservation system, online sales, fulfillment, ticketing system and retail sales.  This position will also install equipment and software at Delaware State Parks statewide.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains and updates park and campground data and information in the reservation system. 
  • Plans, installs and tests software updates and hardware upgrades.
  • Maintains and reports on hours of service and other records as required.
  • Maintains and controls data and/or filing systems to ensure effective, accurate and easily retrievable documentation of operations, program and project activities.
  • Assists with the maintenance and updating of park and campground data for information displayed. 
  • Assists with customer resolution.
  • Assists in the management of Revenue Management System Support Cases.
  • Assists in inventory tracking for Point-of–Sale system.
  • Applies agency laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures in maintaining and processing agency information.
  • Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, dependability and good communication skills.
  • Performs other related work as required.

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas.

  1. Six months experience in using standard computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets or databases.
  2. Six months experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
  3. Six months experience in analyzing and evaluating data.
  4. Knowledge of natural, cultural, and historical resources.
  5. Possession of a valid driver’s license (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).
