The incumbent is responsible for Audit and Recovery Management Services’ (ARMS) investigations into EBT Food Benefit trafficking allegations for the USDA/FNS Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program and all allegations of fraud or error in public assistance programs administered by the Department of Health and Social Services. Duties include: planning, assigning and reviewing the work of others, developing, coordinating and implementing investigations as well as performing extensive computer-based research and auditing, data-mining and store surveillance. The incumbent is responsible for the content of fraud investigations up to and including civil, criminal or administrative proceedings.
