This position is responsible for wetlands, subaqueous lands, marinas and water quality certifications. The incumbent will manage State regulatory/permitting program, will handle program development, technical/administrative staff, project assignment, compliance with State/Federal regulations and laws, program compliance and enforcement activities. The incumbent interacts with public, elected officials, staff and regulated community.
