Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements. Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified.
1. Two years of experience in interpreting labor and employment laws or employment practices.
2. One year of experience conducting investigations and/or presenting evidence in quasi-judicial or judicial proceedings.
