The incumbent in this position will oversee the psychological/psychiatric care of individuals supported by DDDS in both Kent and Sussex counties. Duties include: helping families develop strategies to address challenging behavior presented by children and adults with intellectual disabilities, coordinating DDDS efforts to return children and adults with intensive support needs from out of state placements to homes in Delaware and training direct service providers on the implementation of positive behavioral supports.
