This position will also be responsible for work in Kent County and New Castle County. The incumbent will perform psychology work that involves implementing and overseeing quality assurance activities, monitoring program compliance (CARF), and providing consultation and technical assistance to all levels of facility staff, and conduct psychological evaluations as needed. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the quality and appropriateness of facility services and functions and may conduct special studies as requested.

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
